ALL UNITS will receive INTERNET with Webpass. If you already pay, you dont need to do anything, your billing will stop and if you have pre-paid the year you will be refunded. If you do not have a ROUTER, one will be provided with easy setup on the Google Home app available for Android(playstore) or Apple

Units N and H, should pass a cat 5 cable from bedroom thru the OLD cable outlet located in both bedrooms and living room, once opened, Tap the circular metal and you will be able to pass the ethernet cable easily.

Laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day. We have 2 washers and 2 dryers per floor. Feel free to use any floor if yours is busy, but be courteous and clean. DONT LEAVE YOUR LAUNDRY more than 10 minutes after completed.

Cost of machines is 1.50$ and RECHARGE card is available in Conference room in front of Lobby floor elevators.

Open 24 hours. Please place weights back in their place and clean machine before and after, with free wet wipes provided in dispenser.

Are cooled by a Central Cooling tower. This means your cost of electric is lower to cool your unit. Hallway air is dried and comes directly from rooftop. Please open your balcony to ventilate your kitchen. DO NOT OPEN KITCHEN DOOR.

Dispose all garbage via chute and bring down to rear service entrance LARGE boxes and Recyclables. Please make sure not to drip as you bring your bag to the room. Also make sure chute door closes. VERY IMPORTANT confirm chute door closes!
